You will receive free ground shipping within the continental US for orders over $75.00. To obtain the best rates, we use ground shipping through UPS and USPS. Items ship within 24-48 hours. LoveLBB.com ships directly from our physical store, Little Black Box, and we utilize more than one warehouse on the west coast to better serve our customers and to offer a large variety of products. Because we have multiple shipping locations, it is possible that a multiple item purchase could arrive on different days. International shipping and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.
You can order online and pick up your items at Little Black Box. You can choose Local Pick Up during checkout. You may want to call the shop 304 645 6646 to see if the item is immediately available or if we need to order it from our west coast warehouse. If we need to order the item, as long as you will be picking it up at the shop, you will not be charged for shipping. Typically it takes longer for us to receive the item, so if you want quick delivery, just order online and let the warehouse ship directly to you.
If you choose Local Pick Up then need your item shipped, then you will need to call us and be prepared to pay a 3% convenience fee.

Typically yes, all of our items are in stock and ready to ship; however, when customer demand exceeds inventory levels quickly, then there could be times when an item is out of stock. We would immediately notify you if the item will be out of stock for more than 30 days.
